NJWRAP is your clearinghouse for wildfire risk and preparedness resources:

  • Residents, learn the basics about wildfire risk and how to protect your home.
  • Community Leaders, get ideas to inspire your neighbors to take action.
  • Fire Professionals, access tools to enhance engagement and training.

These collaborative planning tools help New Jersey meet the mission of the National Cohesive Wildland Fire Management Strategy, through which we aim to:

HVRAs are simply the things we care about – homes and property, infrastructure, water resources, etc. We’ve analyzed dozens of datasets to summarize the distribution and density of the most critical of these resources.
